Attending a friend's wedding, we spent a night at Sweeney Hall. The hotel is a large country house with lovely grounds. The small, efficient staff provided excellent service. The entrance, public areas, and our comfortable bedroom were well-kept. The food, both dinner and breakfast, was delicious. We particularly enjoyed the relaxed setting of the evening do in the barn with a great barbecue, live music, and dancing.
Can recommend this hotel.

The staff were faultless, professional, and friendly. The setting was beautiful with stunning gardens and excellent outdoor facilities. The food was incredible, especially the tapas menu and the delicious full English breakfast. The hotel itself was impressive, and my spacious room with a great kingsize bed was very comfortable. Thank you to the staff for being so helpful and accommodating.
Totally recommend this hotel!

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in a beautiful location. The annex where I stayed was fully equipped and modernized, with a kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms. The breakfast and dinner served in the main hall were excellent, and the owners even put on a fantastic fireworks display during Bonfire Night. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back next year.

My stay at Sweeney Hall was nothing short of delightful. From the moment we arrived, the friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome. The beautiful country setting added to the charm of the hotel. Our room was tastefully decorated and had a spacious bathroom with plenty of hot water. The restaurant exceeded our expectations, with excellent breakfast and dinner options. Despite the hotel being busy with a big event, the staff made sure I felt attended to and never neglected. a truly pleasant experience that I would definitely repeat.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities. the room was tastefully decorated and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
The breakfast options were quite limited and not of the highest quality. There were not many choices beyond basic cereals and the cooked breakfast lacked flavor.
